About the role

  • The starting Base Annual Salary is approximately $44,948, which is pro-rated based on the contract term.
  • Five (5) days of annual leave Specific Holidays Three (3) days of sick leave May participate in the State Health Insurance programs (medical, prescription and/or dental, etc.) that are available to State employees.
  • Staff working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for the applicable state subsidy for medical and prescription coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Coach with the coaching and supervision of the women's wrestling team, including teaching and developing athletic skills, evaluating both team and individual performance, and contributing to match strategy development.
  • Support the academic success of student-athletes by monitoring progress and providing guidance as needed.
  • Contribute to overall program operations and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of coaching or other related work experience.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree and/or two years of coaching experience.
  • More than 4,000 students enroll yearly.
