- In conjunction with planning and materials coordinates and schedules the production line.
- People Maintenance of time and attendance for assigned department.
Responsibilities
- Helps determine methods to best utilize production capability by acting as a liaison with engineering personnel in releasing new products and providing guidance regarding design concepts and specification requirements.
Requirements
- Provide performance feedback, including completion of periodic reviews, coaching and disciplinary action, as needed or required.
- Ensure required training has been received and recommend follow-up training, as needed.
