About the role
- This role requires excellent customer service skills, good verbal communication skills, basic mathematical skills as needed to make change, and knowledge about products and services available.
- Clerk may help with receiving merchandise and assist with the management of all inventory.
- Helps in merchandizing products and making sure displays are refreshed on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Lifting at least 15 pounds is required.
- Physical Effort required:
- Clerk must have a good understanding of Point of Sale systems.
Nice to have
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to operate a point of sale computer system.
- Skill in displaying merchandise required.
- Must be able to work with minimal direct supervision.
- Experience in the retail industry preferred.
