Responsibilities
- General Ledger Management: Prepare and post journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Account Reconciliations: Perform deep-dive reconciliations for bank accounts, balance sheets, intercompany transactions, and credit cards, proactively resolving any discrepancies.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) is necessary.
- Experience with accounting software like NetSuite.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) is necessary.
- Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- CPA Preferred
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) is necessary. Experience with accounting software like NetSuite.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of US GAAP and standard accounting procedures.
- Core Competencies:
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Motivated to meet tight deadlines in, at times, a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outside your comfort zone.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
