Responsibilities

  • If you are motivated by ownership, precision, and building financial infrastructure that actually holds up at scale, this role is for you.
  • You will have direct influence over how RouteGenie manages its finances as we grow -- from the integrity of our close process to the controls and reporting that help leadership make better decisions faster.
  • At RouteGenie, we build technology that keeps people and goods moving.
  • The work our finance team does directly supports our ability to grow, invest, and deliver on that mission.
  • We're looking for a Controller to own our financial operations as we scale.
  • You'll oversee a small but capable team and work closely with our external bookkeeping and accounting partners to keep everything running cleanly.
  • This role is right for someone who has done this before at a growth-stage company and knows what good looks like -- and who wants room to actually build it.

Nice to have

  • CPA preferred, or strong desire to achieve soon.

Compensation

  • $130k-$150k
