About the role

  • This role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining patient records.
  • Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.
  • Works in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Billing and Payments: Ensure patient accounts are updated correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as ordering supplies, managing office inventory, and sending courier packages.

Requirements

  • If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Compensation

  • The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
  • The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
  • $38,000 - $45,800 per year
  • This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
  • This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
