Responsibilities

  • Novanta supports all aspects of your life's needs.
  • Support the Finance GPO in global decision-making, governance, and process harmonization.
  • Validate Finance and Controlling process designs across GL, AP/AR, Assets, Cost Accounting, Profitability, and Period Close.
  • Support data cleansing, mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation activities across business units.
  • Own Finance testing scope across SIT, UAT, regression and cutover rehearsals.
  • Drive Finance readiness for cutover including open items, balances, asset migration, and period close alignment.
  • Validate opening balances, reconciliations, and control checkpoints.  Provide functional support through go-live and hypercare to ensure stable Finance operations.

Requirements

  • As required for program milestones and deliverables.

  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and printer
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.  Experience with ERP transformation or Finance systems change programmes.

Compensation

  • The salary for this role will range from 87,020.00 - 130,100.00 USD annual based on full-time employment.
  • Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives.
