EPA Certified
7 to 10 years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC service experience (preferred).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Building controls - ATC Temperature Electronic and Pneumatic controls..

The physical demands of the position include frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing, standing, walking, reaching, and gripping.
Material handling demands include lifting from floor level to overhead.

Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring and piping diagrams, or engineering specifications, to Install, diagnose and repair units.
Operates refrigerant recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, charging equipment and service gauges.
Possess excellent troubleshooting skills to component level.
Inspects system to verify system compliance with plans and specifications.
Completion of routine maintenance and operation of HVAC systems and any other related equipment, which contributes to the safe and effective operation of facilities.
Records temperature, pressure, and other readings on log sheet at specified intervals.
May be required to work varying schedules and shifts to reflect the business needs of the Company.
Knowledge of VAV/VVT HVAC systems experience preferred.
