Requirements

  • 8-10 years of advancing experience in engineering and project management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and engineering/build software.
  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related engineering team, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing complex industrial, automation, process, or capital equipment projects.
  • Understanding of mechanical/process system build and project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical teams and manage project deliverables.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include:
  • Compensation Range: The base salary range for this position is $106,563.77 - $159,845.65 per year. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.

Nice to have

  • PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, or industrial manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with FEL methodologies and EPC/project delivery models.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, achievements, and resource requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and field teams to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-level collaborators, including internal teams and clients.
  • Communicate project status, risks, schedule impacts, and mitigation plans clearly and professionally.
  • Monitor project performance and report on financial and schedule metrics.

Compensation

  • Range: The base salary range for this position is $106,563.77 - $159,845.65 per year.
