- Job Description The Integrated Product Team Leader is responsible for leading cross functional teams in the execution of development and production projects.

Nice to have
- Experience in both development and production project environments
- Familiarity with lean principles, visual management, and structured problem solving methodologies
- Experience supporting or leading proposal efforts including cost and schedule development
- Understanding of financial management concepts including forecasting, estimate at completion, and variance analysis
- Experience operating within structured execution systems such as EBOS
- 10% travel may be required
