- The Commercial HVAC Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- This role ensures systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment to optimize efficiency and longevity
- Maintain accurate service logs, parts usage, and work orders
- Operate and maintain service tools and diagnostic equipment
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and at heights
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or HVAC certification preferred
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to have
