Following are the qualifications required to perform the essential functions of this position.
_____ Must be at least 20 years of age
_____ Class "C" Driver's License (if driving for company), otherwise, will need Photo ID. _____ CPR/First Aid certification required, obtain upon employment and maintain current thereafter.
Criminal Background Clearance, Negative Drug Screen and provide required documents.
_____ Negative TB Test Results required
_____ Ability to pass pre-employment requirements: Criminal Background Clearance, Negative Drug Screen and provide required documents.

This position reports to the Director of Operations.
Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
o Collect and supervise U/A testing, reporting and documentation in the EMR as needed and proper disposal of UA samples.
o Attend Staff meetings as needed
o Transport clients to meetings and appointments
o Conduct contraband searches and random room searches
o Follows company policies and procedures
o Patient rounds every 30 minutes
