About the role

  • This role assists with or directly oversees daily jobsite operations, including safety, quality control, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution.
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Senior Superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams, this position plays a key role in delivering successful construction projects from start to finish.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while maintaining CPPI's commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of site logistics plans and jobsite management strategies.
  • Help coordinate daily and weekly construction activities among subcontractors and trade partners.
  • Maintain organized field documentation, including daily reports, punch lists, inventories, and project records.
  • Support project teams with RFIs, submittals, and field coordination activities.
  • Support jobsite safety initiatives and help enforce established safety requirements and OSHA standards.
  • Utilize company policies, procedures, and best practices to support project success.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • 3-5+ years of commercial construction field experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Basic computer proficiency required.
