About the role
- The COB & CM Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role.
- Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.
- Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.
Responsibilities
- Performs detailed operations and validation activities associated with the aggregation of data from many source systems.
- Performs monthly runbook processing and validation activities, ensuring consistent reporting and data quality from source systems.
- Designs and analyzes complex data reports for use by resolution planning teams, senior management, and regulators.
- Manages and executes operations activities associated with system enhancement projects.
- Ascertains business requirements, conducts data analysis, performs proof of concept and impact analyses, conducts user acceptance testing, and ensures changes are implemented successfully.
- Develops a comprehensive understanding of resolution plan data sourcing, in order to support and influence cross functional teams and management.
- Drives compliance with applicable regulations and policy, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues to senior managers.
- Demonstrated experience in working with large and complex data files.
- Problem solver with the ability to translate plans in actions.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables.

Demonstrated experience in working with large and complex data files. Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot, V-lookup, etc.) and PowerPoint. Organizational and project management skills. Problem solver with the ability to translate plans in actions. Ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables.
