About the role

The Mental Health Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and/or young adults experiencing mental health and behavioral health challenges.

Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with assigned patients throughout a 28-35 day treatment episode.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
For over a decade, our core clinical and support teams have worked side-by-side, delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment that changes lives.

Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults.
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience providing individual, group, and/or family therapy.
Previous experience in a clinical mental health or behavioral health setting.
Experience with mental health, substance use, eating disorders, or trauma-informed treatment preferred.
Pending Licensure Accepted
