About the role

  • As a Field Sales & Service Representative, you'll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.
  • Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
  • Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Ready to build a high-energy career where every day is different?
  • Join our Field Sales & Service Team and help us deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences.
  • Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
  • Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week

Requirements

  • No prior junk removal experience required - Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to
  • Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.

Compensation

  • $11.00/hr - $26.00/hr+ (Total Compensation)
  • Base hourly rate
