Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
- or FINRA Series 7 and 66 (required to be approved to do business in all states)
- One year of experience in the financial services industry
- Basic knowledge of financial products (related to assigned specialty area)
- Proficiency using MS Office
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65
- Life and Health licenses (required within 60 days of hire)
- Customer service, interpersonal and listening skills to effectively communicate with customers and earn trust
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to select and recommend product solutions
- Written/verbal communication and presentation skills to provide information via phone, email, video, chat, etc.
- Preferred Qualifications
- CFP and/or CRPC
- Working Conditions
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com) and digital financial advice platforms
- Schedule may vary to fulfill service levels during hours of operation
Compensation
- Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws.
- Total Compensation for this role is estimated to be $70,000 - $95,000 per year.
- The Salary for this position generally ranges between $48,500 - $53,000 annually.
- Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
- Specifics will be reflected in individual incentive plan documents.
- Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
