Works closely with the portfolio team to support planning and updates

Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience as a business analyst, scrum master or product manager
1+ years' experience in an agile delivery culture
The squad does not report to them, and they must be the champions of building a self-managing team and not creating a single point of failure in themselves.

Experienced influencer and story teller with good Oral/Written communication skills
Workshop facilitation
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Critical thinking skills
Self-motivated
Team player
Able to coach more junior team members
Special demands:
The role will require frequent (~monthly) domestic travel and occasional (annually) international travel

$86,000 - $117,000 USD
Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors.
