You won't just operate inside our systems - you'll help design them.

Prior EA or executive-support experience is welcome but not required - equivalent experience in operations, recruiting, program management, or startup generalist roles will be considered.
You're an enthusiastic early adopter of tools like Claude, Granola, and Notion, and you have opinions about how to use them well.
Proven track record of using AI tools to automate or augment real workflows - not just familiarity with the tools, but specific processes you've materially improved.
You can articulate what you built, why it mattered, and where your judgment was still required.
You can identify the highest-leverage move in a pile of competing demands and articulate why the others can wait.

3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment.
Strong instinct for prioritization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Clarity, conciseness, and professional tone are non-negotiable.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment.
Fluency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other modern productivity tools.
Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems quickly.
When something can be done today, it gets done today.
Nice-to-Haves Previous experience coordinating with a Chief of Staff or within an Office of the CEO structure.
