Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce strategies, including a focus on talent development and management, organization design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Coach and develop leaders to deliver on capabilities needed to achieve business priorities.
- Partner with HR COEs to implement effective, business-oriented solutions that meet the specific challenges and needs of the business.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to provide high levels of service delivery.

- Partner with leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies to drive business priorities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a human resources business partner or generalist
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into talent-focused initiatives that improve overall business operations.
- Ability to influence key decision makers.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- A recruiting agency must have a valid, written and fully executed agency agreement to assist with a requisition.
- Experience creating and driving workforce and talent solutions such as organization design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, engagement, talent development and succession planning.
- Understanding of workforce data to formulate people insights and recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative skills.
- FLSA: This position qualifies for the Administrative exemption as the employee is required to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the selection of employees that fit the job requirements and the company and provide consultative services for management.

Compensation
- $109,990.00 - $186,990.00
- This range aligns with current market data and reflects our commitment to competitive and equitable compensation.
- Salary offers are based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training.
- It is not typical to initiate pay at the top of the range to account for internal equity and allow for future and continued salary growth
