About the role

  • As a Back Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations of industrial systems and equipment associated with Reworld's industrial disposal process.
  • Consistently work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various types of designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools
  • Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details in accordance with facility procedures
  • Utilize weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operational and equipment related function checks
  • Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes of equipment in support of assigned maintenance teams

Requirements

  • Must have experience operating heavy industrial equipment
  • Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule
  • Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb
  • Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
  • Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred

Compensation

  • 27.36 - 36.39 USD per hour
  • Please note that Level, Title and/or Salary may be adjusted based on the applicant's experience or skills.
