About the role
- The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and experienced in safety coordination within warehouse, fleet, transportation, or logistics environments.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and workplace safety regulations
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective action plans
Responsibilities
- Manage workers' compensation claims and documentation
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Maintain safety records, logs, and required compliance documentation
Nice to have
- Experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or fleet operations
- OSHA certification or safety-related certification preferred
Compensation
- This role will work closely with the HR Generalist and Operations teams to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, workplace safety initiatives, and drug testing programs.

- 2+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, HR compliance, workers' compensation, or a related field

- Support and maintain company health & safety programs
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and employees throughout the claims process
