Responsibilities
- Provide responsive care and individualized support in a fast-paced classroom
- Build strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and shared milestones
- Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- 2-3 years of Montessori experience Join a team that listens, learns, and leads together every day.
Requirements
- Help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically every day Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Compensation
- Annual tenure bonuses + $500 referral bonuses Lead Teacher Responsibilities
