About the role

  • Apryse is seeking a Commissions Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team.
  • You will be a key player in the administration of our commissions process.
  • When you encounter challenges, you will be supported by the rest of the team through coaching, training and working to solve problems collaboratively together.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly & quarterly commission calculations, and aid in the administration and design of commission plans for various functions across the Sales organization
  • Create all commissions plans and support enablement of all new commissionable employees.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of business operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Consolidates data reports to help drive data-based strategic decision making.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably at an enterprise SaaS/software company, with heavy analytics focus
  • Experience with Xactly or similar commission software
  • Must be intellectually curious, strategic, and thrive on diving into complex problems
  • Have a strong work ethic, and an ability to operate under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in using data to tell a story while interacting with and presenting to senior leadership, including sales professionals

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
