- JOB DESCRIPTION Industrial Automation Engineer II - Warehouse Operations At Axcelis, you'll play a key role in advancing operational excellence through automation and digital transformation in a high‑technology manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Support and own day‑to‑day warehouse and stockroom operations, including receiving, inventory control, material movement, kitting, and shipping
- Ensure alignment between physical processes and system transactions to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability
- Develop, maintain, and improve standard work instructions and process documentation
- Implement and support digital tools such as barcode systems, data capture applications, and operational dashboards
- Provide support and enhancements for warehouse applications, including troubleshooting and user guidance
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, support root cause analysis, and implement process improvements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or engineering environments
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, MES, or warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
- Experience supporting digital tools, automation, or operational applications
- Knowledge of basic process improvement or lean principles
