About the role
- Serves as a resource in problem solving, mediating, and negotiating between IDT members.
- Acts as a role model in the development of staff.
- Supervises employees for performance and provides feedback.
Responsibilities
- The Team Leader coordinates all Team activities, assures that the Team is acting in concert with all federal and state regulations, oversees the frequency of patient visits, facilitates staff development, provides feedback to the Director of Clinical Care regarding staff performance and validates the appropriateness of patient care management.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing with PA licensure
- Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in specific specialty area with a sound
