About the role
- Faves is hiring a Director, Athlete Experience, to strategically grow our top-earning and high-potential athletes across the platform.
- Help grow Faves presence in lifestyle sports through both strategic partnerships and 1:1 onboarding.
- Turn athlete data into an actionable growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with athletes to adopt best practices, unlock brand partnership opportunities, and build storefronts that reflect how they actually live, train, and compete.
- Monitor storefront performance and surface tailored recommendations that drive measurable results.
- Faves is building the future of athlete-backed commerce.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in athlete relations, creator/talent management, account management, or sports partnership roles.
- Genuine knowledge of the sports verticals you're working within.
- You can move fast without cutting corners, and you know the difference between urgency and sloppiness.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with affiliate programs, creator commerce platforms, or sports sponsorship ecosystems is a strong plus.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with Director-level experience in sports, creator economy, or brand partnerships
