About the role
- The individual in this key position will o versee facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, safety and security for assigned agency owned and leased to ensure safe, clean, compliant and functioning environments.
- Additional responsibilities include: - Supervise maintenance technicians and housekeeping staff at assigned.
- Responsible for overseeing hiring, training, and performance.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of experience in general maintenance, preferably with experience in building security, HVAC units, general carpentry, electrical and plumbing
- Experience managing, planning and organizing daily maintenance requests and longer-term projects
- Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office products and maintenance management software
- Demonstrated advanced understanding and applications of general carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, and security (licensure not required)
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with competing priorities and deadlines
- A minimum of three (3) years of supervision/management experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Eligible for Defensive Driving, SOLVE or MANDT training
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent technical experience
Compensation
- Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
