- General Role Description Perform engineering analysis, diagnostics, and OEM and field service coordination activities for company medium-voltage transformers (MVTs), serving as the technical bridge between engineering, OEM's, engineering, technical and field services, sales, and customers while owning all coordination and technical issues and customer
- support cases end-to-end to improve transformer reliability, service quality, and lifecycle performance of company MVT's. Role Accountabilities · Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on in‑service medium voltage (MV) transformers using electrical, mechanical, and fluid diagnostics · Conduct statistical analysis and periodic fleet reliability and condition
