About the role

KPFF is seeking a Structural Engineering Team Leader to help grow our presence in Madison, WI.

Play a key role in building something meaningful from the ground up in an emerging market
Grow on your existing and establish new client relationships and position KPFF as a trusted engineering partner in the region
Mentor and support the growth of future engineers and team members
Collaborate with engineers across KPFF's national network on technically challenging nationwide projects
Has a personal brand in the A/E/C community and wants to leverage this to create something special, scalable, and perpetual.

Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) OR Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering
