About the role
- KPFF is seeking a Structural Engineering Team Leader to help grow our presence in Madison, WI.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in building something meaningful from the ground up in an emerging market
- Grow on your existing and establish new client relationships and position KPFF as a trusted engineering partner in the region
- Mentor and support the growth of future engineers and team members
- Collaborate with engineers across KPFF's national network on technically challenging nationwide projects
- Has a personal brand in the A/E/C community and wants to leverage this to create something special, scalable, and perpetual.
Nice to have
- Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) OR Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering
Compensation
- Impact Bonuses are distributed on a semi-annual basis and are consistent with role, impact, and Reporting Center performance.
