About the role
- We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Financial Planning & Analysis team.
- In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our Residential Services segment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Residential Services leadership team, providing financial insights and guidance to drive business growth.
- Lead the forecasting process for Subscribers, Revenue and Expenses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop financial models to set performance targets, identify trends and highlight variances, providing actionable recommendations that influence key business decisions.
- Design and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to support real-time decision-making and optimize operational performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting or Budgeting
- Experience with FP&A Planning Tools such as Workday Adaptive is helpful
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with advanced modeling skills
