About the role
- The warehouse of the future is equipped with our autonomous robots instead of forklifts and our Atlas 2D pallet shuttles or tote shuttles that allow for high-density storage (no wasted space).
- Early 2021, we opened our US Office and have already grown to around 50 people.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and industrial controls.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience with CMMS software and maintenance planning systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Nice to have
- Experience in roll forming, metal stamping, metal fabrication, automotive manufacturing, or related metal forming industries.
- Knowledge of powder coating systems and finishing operations.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, robotics, and industrial automation.
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or Reliability certifications.
- Journeyman Electrician, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent technical certification.
- Experience leading capital projects and equipment installations.

Skills
- Assign daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders based on production requirements and equipment criticality.
- Conduct performance evaluations, skills assessments, and employee development planning.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Direct and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for all production and facility equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate maintenance shutdowns, equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projects.
