About the role
- CR's Shopping program extends our expert recommendations beyond product selection to help consumers make smarter purchase decisions.
- We make it easier for people to buy the right products, at the right price, from vetted online retailers whenever they are ready to shop.
- This is a hybrid position with anticipated monthly on-site meetings.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with affiliate partners, retailers, and commerce platforms to support relationship development, identify performance opportunities, and help build deeper partnerships that advance our affiliate program and deliver value to consumers.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of the affiliate program, including link management, QA, and partner onboarding.
- Maintain and track promotional activity, deals, and partner initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and collaborate with analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, editorial, marketing) to support affiliate initiatives and improve the shopping experience.
- Assist in developing strategies to grow and optimize affiliate revenue.
- Prepare reports and summaries to support internal communication and decision-making.
Requirements
- You have the experience.
- You have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing models and tools.
- You are highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- You have an analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
- You have hands-on experience working with affiliate networks or commerce platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Skimlinks, or similar tools.
