About the role

  • The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets, component sourcing, and infrastructure logistics network.
  • The goal is ensuring the seamless availability of hardware, semiconductor components, and data center equipment while optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO).

Responsibilities

  • Performs procurement function, such as data center infrastructure/software/technical services procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Identify and manage technology vendors, component manufacturers, and cloud infrastructure partners.
  • Build redundancy into the supplier network to protect the company from geopolitical disruptions or regional component shortages
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Architect teams to translate technical roadmaps into multi-year supply chain forecasts.
  • Manage end-of-life (EOL) cycles, ensuring smooth transitions to next-generation tech without piling up obsolete inventory.
  • Monitor global market trends, pricing, and lead times to proactively adjust purchasing strategies.
  • Provides supports to Accounting and Finance teams with cashflow forecasting and budgeting with great understanding of accounting and A/P principles.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Management team to track hardware assets from production to deployment and maintain healthy inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • An MBA is highly preferred.
