Responsibilities
- Assist digital design engineers with the electrical schematic and component layout of printed circuit boards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance goals
Requirements
- Must have completed your sophomore year of studies and maintained a good academic standing with at least a 3.0 GPA.
- Must be able to provide own transportation.
- Proper 'STAR-ID' driver's license for registration and admittance to Redstone Arsenal is required.
- Strong written and oral technical communication skills. must be able to clearly define and describe a technical subject to peers across various engineering disciplines
- Perform other duties as required
Nice to have
- An ABET accredited program is preferred.
Skills
- Familiarity with electrical schematic entry and printed circuit board layout tools
- Familiarity with logic design in VHDL or Verilog
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%).

- Requires ability to use stairs or elevators for access between floors and multiple buildings at NASA and our facilities (10%).
