Responsibilities

  • Assist digital design engineers with the electrical schematic and component layout of printed circuit boards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance goals

Requirements

  • Must have completed your sophomore year of studies and maintained a good academic standing with at least a 3.0 GPA.
  • Must be able to provide own transportation.
  • Proper 'STAR-ID' driver's license for registration and admittance to Redstone Arsenal is required.
  • Strong written and oral technical communication skills. must be able to clearly define and describe a technical subject to peers across various engineering disciplines
  • Perform other duties as required

Nice to have

  • An ABET accredited program is preferred.

Skills

  • Familiarity with electrical schematic entry and printed circuit board layout tools
  • Familiarity with logic design in VHDL or Verilog
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
