Perform BPL diligence activities to ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality product delivery in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with peers, process partners, and leadership to support smooth workflow execution and issue resolution.
Identify process gaps, errors, or inefficiencies and provide recommendations or feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Strong familiarity with Lender guidelines
Experience working within origination LOS and/or due diligence systems.
Proficiency in performing basic income and asset calculations as well as credit report analysis
Compliance experience is not required
Strong analytical skills with particular emphasis regarding attention to detail and accuracy

Competitive Compensation: anticipated base hourly rate from $19.45 to $27.75 based on skills and experience.

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.

This role is eligible for 20 days of paid time off annually, which is prorated in the year of hire based on hire date.
