- This role is responsible for routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and excellent service to our residents.

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance in plumbing, electrical, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, and general building systems
- Conduct property inspections and support preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory
Requirements
- 3-5 years of maintenance or trade experience in a residential or commercial setting
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls (on-call rotation required)
- General knowledge of building systems and repair work
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Nice to have
- HVAC certification a plus but not required
