About the role
- As Senior Director of FP&A - Transformation & M&A, you will sit at the intersection of strategic finance and enterprise change.
- Partnering directly with executive leadership, Corporate Development, and business unit leaders, you will bring rigorous financial discipline to complex, high-stakes decisions.
- Define and track financial integration roadmaps, ensuring synergy targets translate into realized P&L impact
Responsibilities
- This role demands both the analytical depth to model multi-dimensional transactions and the leadership presence to drive alignment across a matrixed global organization.
- Success is measured by transaction quality, integration outcomes, and the lasting financial capabilities you build.
- Build and own complex valuation and transaction models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and scenario analyses
- Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, and business leaders to structure deals and support board and executive-level presentations
- Manage post-close financial integration, including carve-out accounting, stranded cost elimination, and systems consolidation planning
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement

Requirements
- Expertise in M&A financial modeling, transaction structuring, and integration finance
- Demonstrated track record leading or significantly contributing to finance transformation programs in large, complex organizations
- Deep knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and valuation mechanics
- Experience partnering with Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Private Equity in a deal context
- Proficiency with enterprise financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear strategic insights
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a skills-based equivalent

Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, financial services technology, or similarly regulated environments
- Background in carve-out finance, stranded cost analysis, or post-merger integration
- Exposure to AI/ML applications in financial planning and forecasting
- Experience presenting to boards of directors, audit committees, or investors
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or comparable advanced certification
- Familiarity with ERP and financial data architecture (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
