About the role
- The GM will be responsible for the overall property operations including budget development and management, capital expenditure planning, project and vendor management and staff supervision.
- Must also be a self-starter with strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail property management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
- At least five years' experience in retail property management and marketing, preferably at an enclosed mall, is required.
Nice to have
- Enclosed mall experience preferred
