Serve as a key leader in helping clients navigate their most complex challenges.

Develop high-level strategies that align with client goals and translate them into actionable plans for the project team.
Adjust strategies dynamically to meet evolving client needs and maintain alignment with long-term objectives.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Adapt communication styles to suit different audiences and create compelling narratives that support decision-making.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across all aspects of the project.
Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and actively identify opportunities to expand Scimitar's role within existing accounts.

Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Apply structured problem-solving frameworks and data-driven analysis to address root causes of client challenges.
