Responsibilities
- Eurofins is one of the market leaders in certain testing and laboratory services for genomics, discovery pharmacology, forensics, advanced material sciences and in the support of clinical studies, as well as having an emerging global presence in Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisations.
- The Group also has a rapidly developing presence in highly specialised and molecular clinical diagnostic testing and in-vitro diagnostic products.
- The Marketing Systems Lead & Cell Therapy Product Manager role owns the company's website, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring effective lead generation, customer engagement, and performance optimization.

Skills
- Marketing Systems, Website & Digital Enablement
- Maintain and update downloadable website assets
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to continuously refine digital strategy and maximize ROI
- experiences, content, and lead generation capabilities
- Ensure website content and functionality adhere to accessibility standards and regulatory/compliance requirements
- Assist in designing, editing and production of digital and print-ready assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Cell Therapy Product Management & Commercial Enablement
- Translate market needs into new test offerings, enhancements, and bundled solutions across the patient journey
- Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform product roadmap
- Contribute to pricing, value-based messaging, and contract strategy in collaboration with leadership
- Represent the organization at industry meetings, product reviews, and strategic customer engagements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
