About the role

Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for complex, data-intensive business and technical initiatives.
Own end-to-end functional and data requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives, system capabilities, and underlying data models.
Apply Explore methodologies, tools, and systems to drive consistency, quality, and scalability.
Perform in-depth data analysis to support product decisions, operational improvements, root cause investigations, and defect resolution.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across source systems, APIs, and downstream reporting.
Develop ad hoc analyses, reconciliation reports, and data validation artifacts to support releases, audits, and executive decision-making.
Develop and maintain user-facing documentation, including data definitions, reporting logic, and process guides.
Support user adoption and data literacy through training, walkthroughs, and collaboration with help desk and support teams.
Partner closely with QA to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and data validation approaches for business-critical functionality.
Design and execute test cases that validate calculations, aggregations, transformations, and reporting outputs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst supporting complex, data-driven systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
