About the role

  • The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • This position will be responsible for supporting aspects of the Finance process areas.
  • The Finance scope includes supporting the strengthening of core financial analysis, improving the accuracy and clarity of financial storytelling for finance stakeholders and exhibiting strong project management skills.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, shift priorities quickly as required and rapidly adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to understand business strategy and translate into effective tactical plans
  • Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems
  • Proven ability to work with all levels in the organization
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials

Nice to have

  • Help to embed an approach to ongoing continuous process improvement, including an end-to-end process assessment strategy, as well as tactical resource and implementation planning and delivery approach
  • Help identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance processes
  • Perform special projects as required
  • Experience with continuous improvement and project management - Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus
  • Experience supporting organizational change - including large scale transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated financial analysis strength
  • Experience within a Center of Excellence environment a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication is mandatory

Compensation

  • Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $81,400.00 - $122,000.00.
  • The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
