About the role
- The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- This position will be responsible for supporting aspects of the Finance process areas.
- The Finance scope includes supporting the strengthening of core financial analysis, improving the accuracy and clarity of financial storytelling for finance stakeholders and exhibiting strong project management skills.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, shift priorities quickly as required and rapidly adapt to changing environments
- Ability to understand business strategy and translate into effective tactical plans
- Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems
- Proven ability to work with all levels in the organization
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials
Nice to have
- Help to embed an approach to ongoing continuous process improvement, including an end-to-end process assessment strategy, as well as tactical resource and implementation planning and delivery approach
- Help identify opportunities for AI and automation to enhance processes
- Perform special projects as required
- Experience with continuous improvement and project management - Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus
- Experience supporting organizational change - including large scale transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated financial analysis strength
- Experience within a Center of Excellence environment a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication is mandatory
Compensation
- Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $81,400.00 - $122,000.00.
- The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
