- If so, Fidelity Real Estate is seeking a Manager of Facilities and Operations to join our team!
- In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide a magnetic and vibrant workplace experience for all Fidelity associates and visitors by leading the delivery of on-site amenities and hospitality services.
Responsibilities
- You will also support multifaceted real estate products and service initiatives.
- Partner with other real estate teams to align priorities, develop and implement regional programs and projects.
- Corporate real estate knowledge desired, particularly in building operations.
- Experience developing a team.
Requirements

- Undergraduate degree or relevant experience.
- Proven track record in hospitality or customer service field is required.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is valued.
- Experience with vendor management, including performance accountability, contract compliance, and risk management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to influence others.
- Periodic travel is required.

- Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
- Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.

- Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
- This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
