About the role
- MongoDB's Early Talent Recruiting Team is responsible for hiring our stellar summer interns and new graduates.
- This is a hybrid role based out of New York or remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for interns and new graduates across multiple departments, including strategic sourcing, resume screening, initial phone interviews, and delivering offers to top candidates
Requirements
- Proficiency working in Greenhouse ATS is preferred
