About the role

This part-time engagement is ideal for a senior project management professional with extensive experience delivering SaaS implementations, managing vendors, and guiding enterprise technology initiatives within government environments.
The successful candidate will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with Virginia Information Technology Agency (VITA) standards and organizational objectives.

10 years of experience planning, executing, and managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
10 years of experience analyzing complex problems, organizing priorities, and making sound decisions.
10 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives.
10 years of experience leading business and technical requirements discovery and documentation.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
Must be willing to participate in an in-person interview.

Experience implementing Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
Experience supporting Commonwealth of Virginia agencies with IT solution planning, development, and validation.
Knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia policies, standards, procedures, and practices, particularly those related to VITA.
Compensation This is a 1099 Contract opportunity.
Physically reside within the United States for the duration of the assignment.

Acknowledge and accept the part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 640 total hours for the duration of the engagement.
