About the role

  • As a group therapist in our Child and Adolescent Programs, you will spend the majority of your time with our patients facilitating evidenced based groups using modalities like CBT, DBT, and ACT.
  • We are seeking new and experienced clinicians with a passion for delivering dynamic and informative groups for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing DBT/CBT skill groups, working with patients aged 8-13 (child program) and 14-17 years old (adolescent program)
  • Providing crisis intervention and staff support, as needed
  • Developing and documenting treatment plans and weekly update
  • Providing individual support to patients, as needed
  • Providing support to other team members in various treatment groups
  • Providing guidance and support for milieu staff during skills and executive functioning therapy activities/instruction

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of post master's experience preferred

Compensation

  • $47,000 - $65,000 USD
