About the role
- The Maintenance Supervisor located in Cranberry PA is responsible for maintaining systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervising staff. - support activities for the site. - Supervise and direct maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. - Monitor equipment performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance
Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise and execute maintenance as well as related support activities for the site.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, shift reports, and equipment history.
- Support efforts to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Effectively manage employee day-to-day issues.
- Manage contractors.
- Support the implementation of Arconic Business System initiatives (lean manufacturing) including 5S, standardized work, work balance, product flow and TPM improvements.
