About the role
- Overview This position shall strive to always provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests.
- She/he will assist with directing the activities for the security and safety of the property, in compliance with all state and federal agencies.
- This position is fully committed to ensuring that all procedures are performed to the department and company standards and serving as an ambassador for WAVE Hotel.
Responsibilities
- S/he will be responsible to assist in providing leadership, guidance, and support to the safety committee and loss prevention team in the areas of guest service, training (e.g. safety awareness, OSHA standards, emergency procedures, etc.), scheduling, and performance management for the overall successful day-to-day operations.
