Requirements
- 2+ years of grounds or porter experience.
- Knowledge of and ability to safely operate property maintenance equipment (e.g., pressure washer, leaf blower, snowblower).
- Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
- Ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- + Customer Service and Maintenance
- Provides exceptional customer service with every interaction and delivers high-quality maintenance service.
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
Skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, prospects, residents, vendors, and all visitors of the property.
